Rental Return Policy
We want you to enjoy your rental experience, if you have a product issue during your rental we will do our best to make it right. This could include a full or partial refund or a credit for future us, at our sole discretion. Please call the contact number provided with your rental package should you need assistance during your trip. 

New Item Return Policy
As our product assortment varies so our return policy is dependent.

Unless noted otherwise, our general rental policy is that a full refund is available within 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return of new and unused items in their original packaging.

Custom van roof racks are not returnable, unless there is an issue of the specifications being incorrect due to our error.

Havelock Wool is not returnable.
